Hobbes 256653T-R Smartest Network Tester With Tone is a 2 button operation network tester. It is very easy to use and it's remote unit allows for testing of cables both before and after installation. It tests for faults such as open circuit, shorts, crossed pairs, reversed pairs and split pairs in seconds. The Tone Generator function can send a signal through your installed cables and the probe can then trace to locate the fault.

Hobbes 256003-R LANsmart is a hi-tech, multifunctional network cable tester. In addition to detecting basic wire faults like open, short, miss-wired and split pairs, it can also measure the cable length using TDR (Time Domain Reflectometers) technology in real time.
